Default Checking your values in Excel

I have read the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin, and it inspired me to make this little Excel sheet to check my values on a day-by-day basis; Excel can be useful to quickly draw charts and graphs.

Picture here

It uses Excel conditional formatting for the percentage coloring and the check marks. I would to know if other people would find it useful; I will set up a website and provide it freely; it's very easy to change if you have Excel; but I don't know for OpenOffice or Google's Docs. I think Excel can really help for personal development.
