| Hi, My first post so be kind! I found the following article. Ways to boost memory - Aging & Longevity - Helium - by Brandon Whitton I've tried the technique and it seems to work. Has anybody ever used this technique for reall long lists? Would it still be effective or are there other more effective techniques out there. Cheers |

You also can't access the 55 item without going through the 54 before In the memory championships they use routes. You can for example use your way to work and link the items on the list each to a specific point on your way to work. In former times it was important for a hunter gatherer to navigate through the forest and remember the location of an apple tree or other important things.
