Recently I have started each morning with asking myself What great thing will happen to me today? And I have experienced some fantastic results: I had a sense of relief every day that I encountered some minor difficulties because I was sure that something great would nonetheless happen to me. I had great expectations and therefore a change in perspectives. While you could ask yourself many questions in the morning I think this one incorporates the most important aspects of personal development: focus and attitude. (I read this in a Self Improvement Newsletter. Sometimes there are gems...) Last edited by Swede; 12-26-2007 at 10:31 AM. |
