Hi, for complicated problem solving I use sometimes software like freemind of flyinglogic. I write down all the elements of the problem in which I am working on, then I organize them in a clear way for me, and afterwards, when I am really able to "see" clearly all the elements of the problem and the relationship between them, then the solution or a good solution for the problem appears to me. This is good as I can use the computer or perhaps paper, but I consider that it is a limitation for me that I can not this so easily with my mind. I mean, just start to think in the problem and get in my head kind of map of ideas, with all the important elements of the problem at the same time. I think that perhaps in my case, my concentration is not vey good, so then I need these programs. Do you know of a good strategy or method or concentration or something that will allow one to see clearly on his mind the main ideas of a problem ? some tricks or advices ? Thanks |

Sorry I won't be off help at all, because I am working on concentrating better as well. But What I have narrowed it down to is a better diet and meditation and lots of practice. Like every minute of the day observing where your mind is and bringing it back. Think of it like a child and that you must keep track of if you don't want any problems. But I am curios, what type of problems do these softwares help you solve? |

Using technology to help improve and gain more awareness, I'd say, is a great way to go. We need to embrace the technology that is available to us. For instance, I use a few programs myself. One is actually a meditation soundtrack called Holosync. Another is a game called Brain Workshop. So, tech is great and you should keep using it. But, I would recommend using more traditional methods as well - meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises. Send your questions out into the universe, and they will be answered for you. Combined, they are great assets to solving any problem or achieveing any goal. As far as problem solving in general, it sounds like you have a great system in place. Everybody has their own "scientific method" and some may have more setbacks than others in solving or accomplishing anything. What counts is learning from those setbacks, and using what you know from your own experience as a part of the elements to solve future equations. If you need to, seek the counsel of someone else who has already figured out similar answers (like you have by posting here). Sometimes two heads really are better than one The answers will always come. Just be sure to stay patient and vigilant towards finding them. | |
