A very good exercise I do at the end of each year is to sit down in a quite room with a piece of paper and a pen. I split the paper into two parts: On one side I write the good things that I managed to achieve and on the other side I write down things that went wrong during the year that has just passed. After finishing these two lists, I lie back and think of ways how to further improve my good things and eliminate the bad things in the year that is to start. I just wanted to share this exercise with you. Do you do it and if you never did it do you consider trying it? |
