Hi guys, i'm new to the forum and have just read OneByOne's log of beating habits: http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/p...s-one-one.html So essentially i want to do the same and i'm just writing these down for personal reassurance or other advice. -Turning off the computer & ipod at 20:30 I would say i'm technologically savvy and spend most of my day on my computer or ipod. Music's like a drug for me and so is using a computer. So this is a definite positive. -Get up as soon as I wake up I think this applies for many people out there. -Revising for exams for 2 hours a day (17.00 - 19.00) 7 Days a week unless something dangerously important comes up. Drinking 1 Glass of Milk and eating a certain amount of fruit per day. - I'm extremely bad at keeping healthy. |

I suppose this didn't work out so well after all, or at least you aren't sharing it with the rest of us. I wonder if there's a better way of approaching this log-thingy, as I recall it of some of the most succesfull time in my attempts on changing habits, though my skills clearly increased, only few sticked, though I still believe they're a very good idea to have a habit of. |
