Default silva method..anyone?

hi
have anyone tried silva method?, I have researched a lot about this, even going to a demonstration class.
If you have something to say about this, I will apreciate it
It helps to sleep?

I am a Silva graduate. I suppose it can help you to sleep better, but that hardly counts as one of its major applications.

I don't use Silva Method exclusively. I use it in conjunction with a bunch of other things (meditation stuff, and LOA stuff). It's quite an intuitive system, once you get the hang of it, you can mix and match.

It has elements of meditation, self-hypnosis, astral projection (although they don't use the term), creative visualisation, energy healing, dream recall, summoning of counsellors (something like spirit guides) .....

It may sound too varied and diverse, but really if you do the course, you'll see the interconnections between all these different things. it's then up to you which particular area you want to explore and develop in yourself, to a greater degree ...
