| I constantly worry...all the time..day and night. yet, I found a way to combat this. because my mind is always thinking, instead of worrying, i transfer that energy in my mind, and think about problem solving..be it physics, chem, bio, or something from one of my classes. I worry so much less, because I think about productive things instead. I'm not sure if this is bad? or weird? just wondering if anyone else feels this way. I'd love to here some comments or advice |

| It sounds very good to me. But if you try to analyze your feelings you might worry less to begin with. If that is what you want, sometimes it is good to have an energy source. I would ask myself questions: * Is my worry rational? * Do the things I am worrying about pose any real danger to me? * Can I try to "feel the fear and do it anyway"? * What would persons I admire do in the same situation?

| I do the same thing. I tend to be very reluctant to change, so I am always thinking about different things and different scenarios. The only problem is sometimes I take this mentality into my sleep and dream that I need to solve a problem that I only created in my mind. Watch out for that.
