Consider the book Maximum Achievement by Brian Tracy. It's very dense and thorough and covers how to set, plan, and achieve your goals. The main downside is that it's a bit overintellectualized and doesn't integrate the emotional side very well. So it will show you what to do but not necessarily make you want to do it. I recommend it for very head-centered people.
