Talking 30 Days of Transformation

Hey guys, just a short introduction. I'm 16 and have been a self-help junkie for quite a while. I've read all the greats, Napoleon Hill, Tony Robbins, Jim Rome, Larry Winget, man even Brian Kim lol. I have finally decided to stop reading and take some action. I'm in my junior year of high school, so it's really important for me to be all I can be this year and keep improving. Junior year is the most important year in high school because it is the first thing colleges see when they review your transcript. So in short, my goals from Nov 4th, 2007 (tmrw) to Dec 4th, 2007 are to:

- Lose this stubborn waistline, get a flat stomach
- Maintain a 93 average
- Make $1000 off doing business on ebay (sneakers and apparel)
- Get really good at basketball

To do these things I will do these things everyday for 30 days:
- Finish all homework as soon as I get home, review on weekends for 3 hours
- Exercise for at least an hour a day whether it is basketball or calisthenics
- Sell stuff on ebay for an hour a day
- Meditate, take Apple Cider Vinegar and fish oil daily for overall health
- Raise vibration for deliberate creation using visualization, writing, or drawing (LOA)

I will update this log everyday and at the end will post before and after pictures of me. Thanks for reading!

Real cool. It's awesome that you are so motivated! Those steps your making are very positive and will be great! As far as taking Fish Oil daily, I suggest that you make that a permanent habit. There are an insane number of benefits associated with taking Fish Oil.... I recommend that you get at least 3 grams of the stuff per day and continue for a couple months. It does sometimes take awhile for the stuff to have any affect, but once it does, the affect seems to keep building up! I highly recommend that you also share these goals with friends, family and everyone you know as well! Doing this will motivate you even more!

GOOD LUCK.

Wink Day Numero Uno

Whooooo it's been a great day, didn't start up so productive but I'm about to finish up with a bang. Just finished up taking 2 tsbs of ACV and 3 grams of fish oil.

Stuff I Did Today:
- Did some exercises from Michael Losier to raise my vibration for good grades
- Opened up a checking account and hooked it to paypal (gotta wait a few days)
- Played basketball for about an hour. I'm really rusty right now. I'm incredible when practicing but horrible in games lol. Anxiety perhaps?
- Had a very healthy dinner. I spent like 10 minutes counting fat, carbs, and protein haha. Made sure it was perfect :-D
- Finished up a two page essay in under an hour
- Completely cleaned up room

So far I have yet to finish all my homework, so that's what I'm going to do from now until 10. Day one has been an accomplishment.

Talking Day 2

Today was a semi-productive day, I payed complete attention in class except in Latin where I kinda dozed off lol.

But some accomplishments today:
- Played basketball for 2 hours
- Payed strict attention (fish oil perhaps?)
- Learned a lot about ebay through ebooks and sites
- Put up two items for sale (a North Face jacket and some Nike Dunks)
- Took ACV easily and 3 grams of fish oil
- I've begun to train myself so that every time I have a negative thought, I think of what I do want and it lightens the mind :-D

That's all for now

I don't know if it's law of attraction, but my ebay business is going GREAT!
eBay Store - Jake's Warehouse of Goods:

Today I had a day off from school, so I mainly studied for a test. Took supplements as usual, wow fish oil's starting to kick in I think. I'm very focused when it's necessary now.

That's all for today.
