Okay, this is how it goes! You have to commit to 3 consecutive days in which you will need to perform something different in every morning, which will help you to overcome challenges and fears in life, and take yourself to a new level of thinking for both personal and professional success. Rule 1 - In the next 3 consecutive days, decide 3 different challenges that you find it is impossible, and fearful. It should start at 6.00am and not take more than 1 hour to complete. Most importantly, it should add in some fun elements. For guy, you can just knock to your girlfriend door with flower at 6.00 am in the morning! (Work on your relationship), Help up in any social work (Work on contribute to better society) etc. Rule 2 - Once you have complete the 10 days, you can start again! Sound simple? But you have to do 3 consecutive day - no matter how many times you restart, or how far through the 10 days you were. Once you're committed to it and up for it- it WILL reap its rewards. You will learn and grow so much. So that's the rules of the game! Good luck if you decide to take the challenge. For those of you who do please join me in my live journey and post (all be it briefly if necessary) on your progress each day and let's support each other through an AMAZING journey.............. |

| 20 October 2007 Task completed! 10km run took 57min! Within the time limit!! it was hardly that I thought! Really drain up my energy today! haha.... Lesson learned: Break the ultimate destination/goal (in this case 10km) into smaller goals (by focus on smaller destination, ie. 2km), it make it easier to achieve! Once achieve! it give me another boost up to continue with the next target! (next 2km target) So is my next challenge tomorrow? 21 October 2007 Talk to 10 strangers within 1 hour, must keep at least 5 min of conversation! Cheers TSD |

Hi everyone, I'm back! 21th October 2007 Task completed - Met up with 10 strangers, and have conversation in between 5 - 7 minutes. Lesson learned: It is not always talked to one, I can always talked to two persons! New possibilities! The higher record was talked to 3 persons at on go! So it was easier than what I thought! As I thought it will be very difficult to find people in early of the morning! Never try, you will never know! Don't assume. Okay! that end with my 3 days morning madness session! I am glad to share all my experiences with u all, and without this thread, I probably will not continue or even start on the first one! Thank you very much to put your invisible hands on me! I hope you guys also enjoy what I share with you too! Cheers Last edited by Truely Self Development; 10-23-2007 at 03:41 PM. |
