| I'm fascinated by patterns. I love noticing them anywhere especially in academia, art, numbers, etc. I however, am not as quick to see them sometimes, SO I was wondering for those who are really quick to see them...how do you do it? as in ..what are your steps? also, do you make a conscious effort to find them? I"m guessing one needs a great deal of focus in order to do so. |

| If you're colorblind, you'll differentiate objects by their patterns rather than by color(as far as I know)... Which would let you, say, find some camoflauged bits easily. That's one example, I guess. Not too applicable to you if you aren't already colorblind....

| You've asked an excellent question, LTC, and one for which I do not have the answer. In my personal experience, I notice loads of patterns and synchronicities and they always make me chuckle. After I read your question I realized that there are probably many more that I don't even notice.... thanks for making me think about it |
