Default Goals for Today Oct 4th

Inspired by Shivraj's goals, I am creating this as an instant one. Just for today

1. Hit Gym - 15 mins abs, PACE workout for 30 minutes.
2. Participate in Transformational Meeting full out.
3. Prepare scripts for your performance.
4. Photoread 3 books.


I will post the results tomorrow.

Default Follow Up of Oct 4th Goals and New goals for Oct 5th

Yesterday was great. I was set out to accomplish 4 goals and I accomplished 2 of them very well. I could have gone for the other two, but I accomplished another task that was not planned. But still I feel I am good. Todays goals Oct 5th.

1. Work like a consultant at my Job to accomplish all the things I have on my table.
2. Take a dance lesson this evening for Waltz, Viennese Waltz
3. Focus on Waltz/Viennese Waltz/Samba at the dance floor tonight and have a blast.
4. Photoread one book during lunch hour.
5. Photoread 2 other books ( Taming the Gremlin, Bullets)
6. Clean 1/2 of your living room to make it live and pimpin'.

I will update tomorrow how I did on these goals.

People,
I did not accomplish what I was set to accoplish. I would say my success rate is 33%.
1. Worked like consultant for 2 out of 7 hours.
2. Waltzed in ballroom. I still have miles to go, but began at step one.
3. Drove my stick shift car a little bit to get some practice( Recently got a stick since i thought that would be intersting)

Todays goals
1. Talk with 2 prospective business owners for having them as my clientele
2. Photoread ' Frogs to Pricess', ' Book on flow'. Finish Activating - Natural Brilliance, Mind Maps, Time Power.
3. Prepare shopping list for visit to home
4. Prepare and practise improve scripts.
5. Stick Shift - More practice.
6. Apartment - Clean up living room.

Update for today.
I am in the middle of breakdowns. I did 2/6 which is 33.3% of what was planned. I have to have a fresh look at setting and achieving goals. I believe it has to do with what I get out of achieving those goals. More introspection and soul searching to be done. I am not giving up.Three best practices I will be implementing today are
1. Churchill said ' Success is moving from one failure to another'.
2. To start something small everytime I get freaked out about today's goals.
3. Being in Now. You are the past or the future, but you are 'The NOW'

0. Finish up pending work @ work.
1. Finish up cleaning up my apartment.
2. Photo read Optimal Flow, Frogs to Princess and Activate them
3. Cooking for next 3 days.
4. Journaling and determining your next goals.
5. Continueing on practicing Stick Shift.
