Default Can someone suggest a biphasic sleep schedule?

If you have tried this, can you post your regular sleep times please.

I've got quite a bit of information on my site, but to answer your immediate question, I use a 1.5/4.5 hour split. The 90 minute nap (in my case) begins at around 7:30pm, and the core sleep begins around 2am.
