| now, this is something I have sampled before and realy enjoyed. I start in the morning,I am very exited,my goal is to sustain this early rising for my time on earth I have made a list of all I need to do in the morning, the thing I am exited about most is saluting the sun as she rises with my sun salutations I have learnt. you see if you always do what you always did,you always get what you always got. I had enough sleep ins now, plenty of them.now, its time for a chaning, and rearranging I will see you bright and early in the morn! |

| I find that when I'm early to rise, my energy levels through out the day are much higher. I feel much more focused. The hardest thing is transitioning from those "sleep-ins" to rising early. The best thing, I've found, is to jump out of bed the moment you wake up. I used to go back to sleep, saying to myself "just five more minutes." I found that to make me more tired and lazier! Good Morning! And cheers to you for being an early birdie!

| thankyou mitalp. it was funny.I woke before the alarm.which is great as it gives me time to come here and report in. just playing some affirmations the funny thing was,as I lay in bed,I heard my negative thought''oh why bother getting up early every morning whats the point?'' but this is great as last night I made a promise not to question anything I do and to just do it!!!!no complaining, just get right on with it! and up I got.I have a nice hot bath awaiting, this will warm me up for my excercise. I am grateful of today and all it contains. love and blessings to all here at the boards live your dreams be who you are born to be |
