Hi all Anthony Robbins is in England next Feb, and I was thinking about attending a 3 day seminar. The cheapest tickets are 300, which doesn't sound too expensive, but these are right at the back and I'll probanly see no more than a little dot! There are other more expensive seats available, but these get very pricey (up to 2000 quid). What do you guys think, is it worth spending the extra? Is it worth going? I am starting to train as a life coach, so it would be interesting to see a real pro in action, but is he the right pro?? Many thanks for reading Regards Jon |

Hi Jon, It depends on how you learn best. Are you a visual learner? (learning by reading) Are you an audio learner? (learning by hearing) Are you a kinesthetic learning? (learning by doing) If you're primarily a visual learner, you could just buy his books and save a lot of money, but if you learn best by hearing or doing the seminar might be a great experience. |

Hi John I am training to be a life coach too but their is no way that I would pay that money - he's also a motivational speaker which is a different ball game all together. He doesn't coach on stage he motivates the audience who buy his books and CD's. It's cheaper to buy the CD sets / books and save some money that might come in handy for setting up your own coaching biz. I was offered a seat for £450 with obstructed view and they keep calling me even though I told them that I am not interested. He's pure NLP. Have you done an NLP course? Regards Rob |

Hi Rob You're right the money that I save on not going to the course can be put towards starting my life coaching journey, and I suppose at least with books and CDs you can keep going back to them for referance and motivation. With regards to your question, I haven't done an NLP course, but I would certainly like to. Do you know of a really good, and not too expensive one? Cheers again Jon

Hi John John Seymour Associates. I did my NLP Practitioner Diploma with him - he's well respected and established and training with him means that you get inernational accreditation with letters after your name. NLP Diplomas usually cost the same. However you need to avoid these expensive intro courses / cerificates that other companies offer. Salad Ltd. Have good NLP training cards which I bought - there on special offer at the moment. Salad also do training but would not recommend training with them as they are a bit hard sell and money orientated. The perfect combination is. Coaching Academy Diploma NLP Practioner Diploma - John Seymour Associates This way you'll have brilliant support networks with high profile established trainers. Antony Robbins has an audio series called The Edge which covers all his ideas - it's about £100. Also the best NLP book that money can buy is called The Users Manuel For The Brain - The Complete Manual For Neurolinguitic Programming Practitioner Certification - it's about £30 If you want a head start on coaching models check out T.G.R.O.W. & S.M.A.R.T. goals. Best of luck. Rob |

Hey Jon-- If the money and time away does not hurt you, then you should go. Remember, he is one of the most successful and well-known motivational speakers EVER and there is a reason for it. I bet you can learn something valuable by attending. If the time and money are an issue, than there are PLENTY of other resources...but the visual experience seeing Anthony Robbins can be extraordinary (I've seen him twice)! Hope this helps... |

Hi Rob I looked on the JSA web site and was impressed. It wasn't all sell, sell, sell, like most of the sites I've looked at. They are sending me some info out soon, so I'll be able to compare them to other sites. What do you think about the coaching academy free weekend training event, did you do it before training with them? I must say I'm very tempted. Cheers again Jon
