If this is an honest request for help, then I'm happy to offer a suggestion. I'm assuming that since you're waking up at 6pm, then you're also going to bed rather late as well? Somewhere between 5-10am? If that's right, work your bedtime around the day. If you're going to bed at 9am, say, move it to 10am. And then 11am. And just keep going until you're back at 8-9-10pm, which would mean you'd be waking up early. It's much easier to move your bedtime later/forward in the day than backward/earlier, and since you're waking up at 6pm I'm assuming you don't have any/many time commitments. So commit your time to shifting your sleeping pattern. Good luck. Wolverine. |
