Default Do I have good personal development or am I missing something?

This may sound a bit weird. But I want to know what you guys think about my PD program. I don't know why I feel like i'm forgetting something.

My action outline file has:

3 years - this is a file which I have where I want to be in 3 years
Goals - goals
Projects - sorted with the CARVER system
Todos - todos, under each project
Habits - habits to form

physical notepad - for daily schedules

Now, I know I need to work on the ACTION part of PD. But for some reason I make small progress on the action side, and then I always go back to my plans.

Maybe I need to work on procrastination... maybe motivation....

*sighs*

personal development is very hard

Keep a journal for ideas and to record what you have done that day.
Also you could keep a accomplishment journal that you could write in every time you take action.
