Default Habits vs goals... how do you handle them steve?

I've recently decided to move over to steve's action outline set up. But, i'm wondering what steve does with his habits.

I have a lot of habits I want to form... I have them all in an action outline page. But, I was wondering what steve does with his habits.... or does he even need to right them down?

For example: One of my projects is to Lose 5 inches on waste (35inch)/ get down to 15% body fat.... I also want to improve my health as much as possible.... but improve health isnt really objective and measurable. So... would it be best to put it in the habits section and just work on making good eating/exercising etc a habit?

Maybe im over analyzing here.... maybe not

I'm not Steve, but I'll answer nevertheless. Whatever set up you use, turning this goal into objective and measurable will help you achieve it.
