This time I am taking different approach to my 30 days trial which is starting from 3 september 07 and end at 2 october 07.
My 30 days challenge will consist of 6 missions each of 5 days with specific set of goals.I call them Mission I-M-POSSIBLE 1 TO 6..

This will be kind of The 'Quantum Leap' Approach where you tries to force intense activity by setting a goal that will need a 'quantum leap' in activity to achieve it.

I never compare myself to others as it is surest recipe for unhappiness . currently what is impossible for me may not be impossible for others.. I compare my previous level to my current level and judge wheather I am making progress or not.
so,
Objectives of MISSION I-M-POSSIBLE are :
1) To redefine word IMPOSSIBLE to IMPROBABLE and to POSSIBLE.
2) To do something that I thought Impossible to do for me.
3) To break my physical, mental, spiritual limitations without any injury.

My Mission I-M-POSSIBLE -1 is as follows:

MISSION NAME : I-M-POSSIBLE 1

MISSION DURATION: - 5 DAYS
START: 0600 HOURS ON 3/09/07
END : 0000 HOURS ON 7/09/07

MISSION GOALS:

I)PHYSICAL LEVEL:

i)Running: Run 8 Kms daily [current level : 4 Kms]
ii)Yoga : 1 hr. Yogasane(body postures) and 1 hr. Pranayam(Breathing Techniques) [current level : 1 hr total]
iii)Going to Gym for 1 hr. [current level: very irregular]
iv)No tea/coffee
v)sleep:5 hrs :: 2300 hrs to 1600 hrs
vi)Diet :Raw vegetables and fruits for breakfast. and normal lunch and dinner, Drink 2 glass of Milk everyday.

II)MENTAL LEVEL:

i) BOOKS TO READ:
1)The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey
2)The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
3)Read best of stevepavlina.com articles

ii) AUDIOS TO LISTEN:
1)THE ROGUE WARRIORS STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS: A Commando's Principles of Winning by Richard Marcinko (a Navy commando and creator of the legendary SEAL TEAM SIX)
2)Sybervision - Neuropsychology of Self-Discipline
3)Jack Canfield -The Success Principles

MAKE NOTES ON BOOKS AND AUDIOS AND WRITE ACTION STEPS TO TAKE IN DAILY JOURNAL...

iii)Vedic Mathematics basic 'sutras' and it's applications

iv)German Courses | Deutsche Welle - Level -1 completion

III)SPIRITUAL:

i) Daily meditate for 20 min.X 2 times (morning and evening)
ii)Read Bible, Bhagvad Gita and Quran (if available) and find common teaching of all religious books

IV) PROGRAMMING :
1)Write 30+ C# programs in 5 days
2)Read Inside C# by Tom Archer [CURRENT LEVEL: 1/3rd book completed]
3)Revise C,C++,Core JAVA
4)Complete W3SCHOOL HTML,DHTML,XML,JAVASCRIPT TUTORIALS

** complete all goals with 80/20 law **
** For mindset listen hypnosis audios by Mr.Paul Scheele before going to sleep and after awakening in the morning **

Day 1 [3/09/07] of M-I 1
Today's successes:
1. Ran 6 km's
2. Listened neurosychology of self dicipline audio. 1 tape
3. Yoga 1.5 hr
4. meditation

Todays Lessons Learned :
1. Smart work is must.
2. Accurate time estimation is utmost important.
3. Concentrate on one task at a time.
4. Must improve Willpower and Imagination.
5. Kisss (keep it simple and smart and sweet)

I will not repeat same mistakes tomorrow and no matter what successfully complete 5 day's Mission.

Incredible success today

I successfully completed following things today:

1.Running: 8 kilometres

12.Completed w3school HTML tutorial in 3.5 hrs.

YES ! I CAN DO THAT ! NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE
I WILL REPEAT MY TODAYS SUCCESS STORY TOMORROW....

I have completed most of the list (80%), 20% failure is due to improper time management and overly ambitious goals.. Now I have got lots of confidence on my abilities which was crucial for my 30 day trial..(25 DAYS ARE REMAINING NOW )

Most important thing i have learned is from Rougue warrior tape ....
"Some people say that fear, anxiety, jealousy,depression ..etc are just a part of human nature... Human Nature???? .. well, F**k human nature, If want to become successful and stay successful YOU HAVE TO RISE ABOVE HUMAN NATURE !!! "

In this mission i have decided to do Quality Work than just Quantity of work...
I will rate my work on the scale of 0 to 5 for quality of work i will do.

QUALITY INDEX(Q)

0 -No/Incomplete Work
1- Poor quality or execution of plan

5- outstanding (if going extra mile and applying new ideas or knowledge or have breakthru )

Quality of a day will be weighted mean of rating of all things i have done in a day.
Weights of things will be as follows:

I failed miserably last 2 days.I was so lethargic to do anything planned. I was artificially stretching my mind and body with the sheer use of willpower, I underestimated the power of subconcious mind.
I was stretching rubber and after loosing grip on it, rubber obtained it's normal size... water level reached it's normal position
After lots of soul searching I found that I was missing following things
1. Big picture of life.. my long term goals, short term goals
2. My values to live by. Priorities in my life.
3. Not decided about my Ideal life

Even after failure of 2 days I am not discouraged. Both success and failures always teach you something.I have learned my lessons.

It's all start over again for next 30 days with the understanding gained.
I have to put my mind on the things helpful for my goals and off the things which I dont want...

First thing is I will prioritize my values, goals, drives
I'll set goals for my life....List of my long term,short term goals
Clarity of purpose ..
No matter what happens I will fullfill my promises(Goals) with myself and God.
I will never entertain any distractions, as a young man I have lots of distractions around....

Most important promise I make with myself is I WILL NEVER LIVE MEDIOCRE LIFE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS.I WILL LIVE LIFE OF ACHIEVEMENTS FROM THIS POINT FORWARD.

My Values / motives in Life:

1.Self Mastery/Self Actualization,Supremacy, Inner Happiness and peace of mind in all situations

3)Yoga: 2hrs
4)complete remaining audios of success principles
5)Think on application of these principles in my life and write action plan and do atleast 3 things according to plan.
6) Write 20 C# programs
7) Photoread Algorithm and DS ~ Sahni, Horowitz first 5 chapters.

And you did. Congratulations so far. That's amazing, I especially like that quote from the Navy dude about rising above human nature. I really, really liked that quote. It hints at the belief/truth that humans are something more than rather intelligent beasts with an ultimately dull biological destination/destiny.

Lessons I have learned since I am doing this experiement are overwhelming.. We can do anything we want. So called limitations only exists in mind. I have been successful in breaking many of my physical, mental and spiritual limitations.I am going to take next Mission I-M-POSSIBLE 2 from tomorrow.
Here is the Mission Plan:

MISSION NAME:
MISSION I-M-POSSIBLE 2 or "ROAR OF THE LION"

MISSION DURATION: 5 DAYS (15/9/07 TO 19/9/07)
START: 0600 HOURS ON 15/09/07
END : 0000 HOURS ON 19/09/07

MISSION STATEMENT:
I will have excellence in my all work. I will make new personal records of Willpower,Tenacity and Concentration of Mind.

MISSION GOALS (PROMISES):

1) 100% complete all incomplete goals of previous missions

2) Physical, Mental, Spiritual Levels :


PHYSICAL LEVEL:

1. Running: 10 kilometers

2. Yoga : 2 hrs. - Practice: (Yama,Niyama for whole day),Yogasane (1 hr.),Pranayam(1 hr.)

3. Diet: Raw vegetables and fruits for breakfast and drink 1 liter milk .

4.Sleep : 5.30 hrs

5.Learn acupressure from video tutorial and books, internet and experiement with it.

MENTAL LEVEL:

1) Learn and remember all creativity techniques from CREATIVITY TECHNIQUES from site :
