Three things comes to mind, one tacky, one lonving and one quite good. 1) Travelling to Memphis 2000 and I was only 18 years old and did it all by myself, even if I had a derrible 6 week cold I could manage the tripp because I was so happy about seeing Graceland (Elvis Home) - This was the tacky one, but yet the first step for me fighting off the depression I've had for 10-12 years of my life. 2) My move to Sundsvall in 2004 for studying at Univeristy, but it was the first three years with hard work on the inside that really mattered, since I didn't get any perspective from childhood living with parents and now I so much more fully understand me. And it was worth everything. 3) Propose to my boyfriend and he said YES. Love Leelene |

I am most proud of being the best father I am able to be both now and in the past. There are other things that I look on with pleasure in my life but this one justs seems to be "it" for me.

Contributing two grown men to society who are (after a few bumps in the long road) going to be productive members of society, who have open minds and just might change the world, or at least their small corners of the world. I guess the bumps in the road make it that much more of an accomplishment of which I am proud Also being married to their father for almost 27 years now |

A recent accomplishment I've been proud of and greatly enjoy is being able to climb trees without branches, just getting a firm grip on the sides with my hands and feet. An earlier one I still love is riding/steering my bike with no hands |

My first public performance as a musician. I was 25, one year ago. I am very sociophobic person, so it was a challenge. I couldn't believe I can do it. It was much easier then I thought. It is all in the head. The fear, you know. After we finished playing, I said to my self, If you did this, If you did the thing that you're been most afraid of, then you can do ANYTHING. So that was a turning point in my career from "computer engineer" to "jazz guitarist". Man, when I just think of it, I feel so strong. And I recommend everyone on this forum, "any time when you feel weak, remember your successes and battles that you won" Cheers! |

Of breaking the chain of a long history of abuse in my family, combined with my being severely abused outside of family life. It would have been easy to, and for a while appeared inviting to allow myself to go in damaging, undesirable directions. My family and kids are the new, opposite direction.

It may be that I am very forward-looking. I move on quickly from my past accomplishments, because new mountains are always more interesting to climb. The climbing is the fun part. Once you get to the top, you admire the view for a while, and then it's time to get down, rest and ..... find the next mountain to climb.

However, each mountain that you climb is its own story. Obviously, some of the mountains you climbed were higher than others, some were steeper, some more dangerous. On some of the mountains, you started in the valley nearby, while on others you were born half way up. I think you can learn a lot about mountain climbing by reviewing your experiences.

getting a degree! I was going to drop out of high school at 17 and I didn't do too well in my final exams. When my career councillor at high school said what do you imagine you will want to work in. I said I would lucky if I could get work as a receptionist. Well I've never been a receptionist thus far! I never thought I would be able to achieve getting a degree and now I'm thinking of doing a post graduate degree and maybe a masters. |

One of the accomplishments I am most proud of is my 100% on my psych 430 class paper (10page with mathematical equations..which I struggle with) and the class average was a 70%. Whenever i struggle with thoughts " i am dumb," I think back to that accomplishment. |
