Are you talking about, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey...

If so, I have not read the one for teens... but I believe that at age 20 you should get all the guidance necessary in the "People" book...

Covey's work is about principles... and principles are the same whether you are fifteen of fifty... and it is not a complicated book to understand... so I would get it if I were you... best twenty or so bucks you'll ever spend...

Best of luck to you...

You can flip through them once you're there, and see which one draws you in the most.

I recommend The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

Because I first read it when I was only 17 years old. I am 24 now and it has been positively responsible for a lot of the mindsets, attitudes and beliefs I am holding now.

Hmm... I actually have the teens one downstairs. I just checked it out from the library again last night.

I liked the teens one a lot (I'm 17). I think the Teens one is more casual and about school rather than business.

I'd base it one whether you're still in school or not.
