Self-Discipline
June 5th, 2005 by Steve Pavlina
Hi steve, I quote your blog insert: "I've already written about 20 pages on self-discipline for my upcoming book, including what it is and how to develop it. I’ll share some of those ideas in this series, focusing on what I call the five pillars of self-discipline"

In which book is the 20 pages on self Discipline? please respond to my email gino33@ymail.com
ive purchased your book, PDSP. the reason i purchased it was to further understand and develop Self Discipline. thus i was looking forward to the twenty page information on this topic.

ive skimmed through your book and i must say im actually very upset that its not in there.

Eugene,
South Africa

i would love you to respond and address this matter please.

Its for a book he wrote previously but he wasn't satisfied with it so he publish that book. Steve doesn't post in the forums anymore.

Would you know if he published the info on Self Discipline he spoke of in his 2005 Blog?

supertom 08-10-2011 07:22 AM

I don't know.

I do vaguely remember the things he had to say about self-discipline when I read the book. I'm sorry you didn't find what you were looking for, but might I suggest you didn't look hard enough?

I hope you will find more useful things from the book. It's possible that Steve might have discussed those ideas in other blog posts, but under different heading.

This also might help.

Why? Did he declare that? that would be a shame, he is always so helpful not to mention funny!

*sorry - unrelated to the OP

The book is great... Just read his old posts if you missed out on self-discipline information. My guess is that there are plenty of solid articles here.

Yes, he did mention it. OTOH, he may not necessarily announce it if he starts reading the posts again. ;)

Though if he starts posting again on this forum, that'd be a clear indication he's reading again ;)

True, the only ambiguous case is when he is only reading and not replying. ;)
