The Time Travel Meditation

I did this exercise yesterday, wow what a powerful meditation, certainly in terms of clarifying things. I cant say I enjoyed it Steve, but it was a pretty healthy eye-opener. I was pretty shocked with what I found but I knew what I saw and felt was accurate.The information I received or rather felt definitely give me a kick up the backside. Ill certainly be using it more often and I'm pretty confident that the more I grow and put positive decisions into actions, I'll look forward to meeting my future self.

The future self I met yesterday is a complete cow, I don't know how but she was completely different to how I am now in every way, she was almost what I feared becoming and more. I was like, look future self having a really hard time, any chance of a heads up? And she was just looking at me distastefully and being all like ' I have to go to the gym in an hour, I don't really have time for this'. She seemed really hard nosed and accepting of her crushed spirit an aggressive soulless type almost , like someone who could have been gentle and wholesome consumed with hate.

Did you meet your past self doing the meditation ?

The future me i met was much darker and fearless, 3 yrs on from doing that meditation I can say the me i see in the mirror is the guy i saw in my meditation.

I did meet my past self, It was an interesting reminder.

and when you met your future self three years ago, did you think , yeah Ill stick with this? Is it darker is a wiser way?

I'm not sticking with this one, she was certainly darker( in a crap way) and yes in some ways fearless but she learnt nothing from any hardships , she almost went backwards rather than forwards

I assumed you didn't really meet your past self or give her enough attention, respect or love and so by extension your future isn't giving you that, but it seems i was off the mark Your future self is yours to create.

I was surprised by my future self, he smirked at me i found him to be arrogant but i did find him much stronger and courageous so I rolled with it. The truth was i was a self-hating person back than and i found people who liked themselves a to be arrogant my future self wasn't arrogant he was just comfortable with himself.
