Hardback for RM90+ in Kinokuniya, KLCC
Paperback for RM60+ in Borders, Times Square

Last check not available in Popular or MPH.

Can someone feedback where it's available in Penang, JB or East Malaysia?

OK, English. The book is available at MPH, at Johor Bharu (JB). Seriously, I bought mine at City Square, Level 4, MPH Bookstore, in the Self-Help section, you need to crouch though because somehow they put the book at the bottom, for RM62.80 (paperback). Now that is what I call detailed

I bought it at 9/8/2009.
And yes, the book is in English.
