Just been online to amazon to buy the book and it says not available yet? Is there anywhere I can get in the UK? Any reason for the staggered launch?

Did you look ad the paperback version? It's only available as harcover right now.

It seems the hardcover version soled out at amazon uk and the paperbook version isn't yet available.

Kindle version is available ! I like the second part of the book - practical application.

I bought mine a few weeks ago in Ebay UK. There are many shops who have it. Good luck.

I've seen it in some Waterstone's shops. If you're in or near London then Piccadilly Circus or Gower Street should have it. If not, still check locally.
