Default Just picked up PDSP...

I've gotten about 100 pages into it so far. It is really dense with good material and is unlike any book I've read before on this subject. It's an easy read and it seems like he is very concise, having the book slightly over 250 pages. I haven't seen one word of "marketing fluff." It is all very direct and very informative.

Nice work, Steve. The only question is: What will your next book contain? You look like you poured your heart and soul into this book. I can't wait to find out.

Steven Covey had the 7 Habits, Steve Pavlina has the 7 Principles...

When you pour your heart and soul into a book, your heart and soul are still yours to pour again.

His book for me was like a breath of fresh air in the self-improvement section.

My question would be more about the content than the passion: You've written a detailed guide to the principles underlying all personal growth. What do you write about next when you've already covered all the bases?

Since I'm constantly learning and growing, I can re-cover the same topics again and again, but the insights will be different because my perspective is different.

For example, if I wrote about relationships through the lens of monogamy, and now I'm looking at it through the lens of polyamory, almost everything I could write about the subject would be fresh and new.

The hard part isn't coming up with ideas because new ideas come to me every day. The hard part is sorting through dozens of different ideas to decide which to write about next.
