When will the paperback version be coming out? There's someone in jail to whom I'd like to give a copy. He'll prob'ly be in for a while...

It's already out, I have the paperback version.

That is if paperback means what I think it means.. mine is certainly not hardcover

Really? Amazon just has hardcover and kindle. Paperback is also called softcover - it's the one with the cover that bends easily.

The paperback sells outside the USA because many countries don't do hardcover releases.

In the USA the paperback should be out about a year after the hardcover, so roughly October.
