I have been wondering whether or not to buy the book for a while now (one of the reasons I recently joined this forum), and I just wondered, from people who have read it, is it really worth buying or can I just read the blog?

Control. Like I say I am a schoolboy. A student. I am doing A-levels in Physics, English Literature and Psychology. As you can imagine the work load is quite high and I know that if I want to get the grades I need to get into the University I want then I need to do more than I am doing. From what I have heard PDSP has offered some people those infamous AHA! moments where they realise some truth about themselves, or their reality...I dunno. I guess I am just looking for some sort of help. It's got to the point where I am starting to worry that it's too late to fix anything and this is really my last chance to get it all together... |

Have you read Free Sample Chapter yet? And look at "few reviews", as seeker5 said:-). The book is G-R-E-A-T. I don't know if it'll help you with your studying-related issues. But it will be helpful anyway Do you think that this book can change your life? It can't. You're the only one who can do that Greetings Last edited by daredevil83; 11-23-2008 at 04:29 PM. |

What I do think it may help you with that would make a difference for you is: a way of looking at what's going on in your life that will have you feeling more powerful and effective in being in love with your life. It will help you to zoom out your perspective on your worries and your problems so that you have more freedom to generate what works well and to let go of what doesn't. I think it may inspire you. The website does that, too; but the book is a specific and direct source for seeing how your life is aligned, how you can shift your alignment, and what might be possible in your life if you were to take that on.

I personally think that PSPD is the best 'effin book in the entire world at the moment. I've got hundreds of books, and 50+ audio programs. I swear this book is the most relevant (for me personally) that will have a huge impact on me on a major level. Steve wrote that he wanted to ask a hard question, and not go for the low hanging fruit such as 'how can I improve my relationships or how can I improve my diet' but asked how can we consciously grow in an optimal way? For those people who gave the book less than five stars must seriously be deluded or are just not ready for the book. Every paragraph has so much good idea in it that it looks like common sense and it is... but Steve explains it in a way that it is common sense but it's worth pondering over. Every paragraph is like flowing with gold. That's why it's worth thinking about and working out how you can apply what he talks about rather than just reading it once or a few times and be done with it. The content is not something to be just superficially read. It's a high level thing not a low level how to guide.

This probably isn't something you want when you're studying since it does distract you and that's from personal experience. I just finished my last exam for my bachelor degree yesterday!! So I am really happy at the moment.
