Error?

I flipped the book on Amazon LookInside, and I noticed the page 199.

What's the preface to Health doing before the chapter on Money is finished (page 201) ?

Can someone look if it's the same in the print version?

Money finished on 197, 198 is blank, 199 is the introduction to Health. That seems alright to me.
