Hi Supermark, I remember a few sources that tell you how to make them yourself with things you can get from a hardware store or around the house.

It's really simple and the materials can be found easily.

One of the main components is copperscreens- It's the square things, and that is what you'll be lying on.

You can find them at hardware stores or even order them online at places like this;
