To start a new thread, there is a blue button towards the top of the board that says, New Thread. Then you give it a subject and type what you would like.
You want to pick the board that makes the most sense for your questions.. such as raw foods might be under health and fitness, where as a questions about relationships would probably be under social and relationships.
That help?
