it sounds like you're trying to meet a female version of yourself. Is that true? While compatibility is of course important, you may want to consider opening yourself up to a relationship with someone who can help you grow, because sometimes we need someone to fill in our gaps so we can learn from them and grow further.

I just ended a relationship with a girl who was very good artistically. But I couldn't see how me growing artistically would help my career in the field of personal development.

It's not that you need to learn her craft or her business or her art, it has more to do with personality and character traits. Not what she does but who she is. I have found in my long travels and dating a lot of guys before finding Steve that instead of finding the piece of the puzzle that looks exactly like yours, you want to find the piece that connects with yours most closely. Two different things.

I think you should read Erin's post on how to attract the relationship of your dreams.

I can see your intentions were good, but this post doesn't jive well. This post sounds very impersonal, like a beauty contest. Send in your pictures and make sure you meet up with these qualifications. I'm being a bit harsh, but it's what I thought of.

You talk a lot about what you want in your partner, but realize the girl will want to know more about you and see a picture of you as well.

I'd suggest limiting the traits to about 4 (like Erin's post says) and sharing your picture and information about you.
