Thumbs up Building up a German translation website

Hello everyone,
the best wishes from Austria.

My name is Susanne and I have started the homepage www.PavlinaDeutsch.eu. Aim is to build up a translation community by also giving the user the possibility to submit their own translations in order to share Steve's thoughts with the German speaking folks (which are not capable of English or prefer reading German ).

In addition, all the translated articles on my site will also be released into the public domain, just like Steve did.

So, for everyone who is interested, I am searching for people who would like to take part in building up a German website for the translation of Steve's articles.

Looking forward to hearing from you with best regards and a BIG THANK YOU Steve

Susanne

Hi Susanne,

I'd have a interest in translating at least his articles, that are related to spirituality, "paranormal" and so on.

I think it is important to be sensitive and understanding to keep the meaning of his articles, especially in the area I mentioned above.

Is this the final version of the site? I'd copy the design of his blog.

Greetings from Kaiserslautern

Hello Summerbreeze,

thank you very much for your reply and suggestions.

You are absolutely right. Therefore I’d very much appreciate if you would share your experience in translating the specific topics you mentioned.

We are actually quite done with the basic layout and design of the website, but still trying to improve the usual bits on the go (such as selecting articles also by category like on Steve’s blog).
For the moment, I am very sorry , but you would have to either select the articles by year using the link Plattform "Übersetzen" or through the search function (in the top right corner of my site) with part of the title of the article you would like to translate.

Looking forward to hearing from you and welcome you on my site

Susanne
