Mastermind - Looking for new member

Hi there,

I'm a member of a personal development mastermind group that meets on Skype every week. We have run for 30 meetings and have 5 members (all from the forums).

We are working on many goals, helping each other with advice and accountability.

We're looking for a new member as an old one has left and we want to keep the group energy going.

About the group:

• We rotate the leader each week, and they may impose whatever structure they choose.
• We have a shared file space (Dropbox) where we share our goal plans, vision boards, budgets or anything else that's relevant.
• We record the audio and text from our meetings.
• We have a weekly scheduler where everyone picks their free times.
• We have one female member, and 4 males. Ages from university to "not quite so recent". :P
• We keep experimenting with the structure to find what works best.
• A good mix of rational and "woo-woo" (e.g LOA) mindsets.

And jumping out of "selling mode" for a sec, it's an awesome group and has helped (and helps) me hugely. I've become an early riser, set up solid work habits, got a better idea of my life goal, figured out what motivates me, got addicted to Echart Tolle and had bursts of joy about life beyond normal happiness. It's a goodie!
