I'm over here on the west side. I used to work for the Cincinnati REC Commission and one of the centers I worked at was Plesant Ridge. I lived in Norwood at that time. I love Steve's site and I agree with about 95% of what he talks about, but I find Cincinnati a bit on the oppressive side. I know that I am responsible for the people I bring into my life, subjectively speaking, and that is why I am trying to connect with others around me to help me focus on more of the positive people and things in this town. Hopefully, we can build a little community and offer each other support and encouragment. From across town, carney77 |

I suspect there are more people who reads Steve's site that are also from the Cincy area. For as much as people complain about this city, it does have its strong points. I've met alot of great people, and its the main reason I'm still here.

I moved to Florence KY a couple years ago. I live about 20 minuates away from Cincinnati OH I agree that this area seems to be very repressive. However, hopefully that will start changing. I would be very interested in a group around here. I hope we can find more people. |

I grew up in the NKY area (wilder, newport, alexandria for me) and went to high school in Cincinnati. I'm currently in Louisville for college, but I'll be back in town for Thanksgiving and the holidays. I <3 the 'Nati! Also NKY of course. |

Howdy from N. Ky! Grew up in northern Cincinnati but ended up heading "south of the border" as I call it. I live in Ft. Thomas now. Just came across this site. I do a lot of traveling for work and I have to say Cincinnati isn't that bad. It is pretty conservative, and from what I hear it's hard to meet new people. But I grew up here and have all my friends here so I just don't know any different! Anyway, wanted to post a quick hello. |
