Hey guys, Don't know about you, but I find it hard to be consistent in my early rising. I succeed every other day usually, but it's been 3 days I haven't been able to wake up as early as I want. So here is the idea: why not set up an early rising UK group of 3-5 people; every day, someone is on duty and makes sure all the others are awake. Is anybody interested? Ben |

I am embarressed to say that my usual wake up time is at ten to eleven a.m. I do work a lot late in the evening and can be back from work around one am. then I find I need to eat something and read or write till about three a.m. I would like to be able to fall asleep faster on getting back from work and to wake earlier. Ideally between 8-9 am most days would be good. any idea's how to achieve this? I find myself my most alert at night, am I just an 'owl' rather than a 'lark'. Also when I wake up I am generally a bit grumpy for at least an hour wheras at night I am good humoured right till bedtime. Is trying to be an earlier riser going to benefit me? Also how can I stop myself coming 'awake' at night. I get lots of idea's then too. Cheers R |

This is the way to do it. Flying Alarm Clock When the alarm sounds the propeller is launched up into the air & flies around the room. To turn off the alarm you'll have to get up, find it & return it to the base. Amazon.com: Flying Alarm Clock: Electronics |
