I grew up in Iowa and am moving back soon.

I'm from south east area, Fairfield to be exact.

I found a link to sp.com out of the O'Reilly book Mind Performance Hacks. I think it was to the article on becoming an early riser! This couldn't have come at a better time since we were going through an outsourcing situation at work. I had a lot of wait time so I read just about every article on the site, which has to be one of the most influential resources I have ever stumbled upon in my adult life.
