I live about an hour outside of Chicago and I'd really like to meet up with some fellow apprentices who are on their own personal growth journey. Most of the people I'm surrounded by in my life have no idea what personal growth is or how it can benefit their lives. They have no interest in it what so ever. I know a few people who are on a journey of growth but they are not doing it consciously.

It would be nice to meet up with someone or a few people to discuss how personal development is affecting their lives and what types of actions they are taking to continue to consciously grow. I'm really interested in meeting up with others who have taken responsibility for the creations in their life and who are working towards conscious creation of their reality.

My personal growth journey has recently led me to conscious creation of my reality. It would be an exciting adventure to meet others who are at the same point or who want to get to that point.

I'd like to meet up sometime and talk. I'm an hour west of Chicago and I'm willing to meet up just about anywhere, including in the city of wind itself.

I know of lots of coffee/tea shops. I like the Argo tea shops, but there are several independent ones I also know about. Just depends where. I work downtown, but live on the northwest side of the city.

I'm also in Chicago. Just a thought...there is a meetup scheduled for Linchpins (Seth Godin) on June 14th in Chicago that I was planning on attending. Maybe we could meet before/after?

Interesting...I was just reading that book. BTW, what meetup group is that? I am in a bunch of meetup groups. I attend quite a lot of different groups.

The Seth Godin meetup link was posted on his blog. I think because it is a one off event there is not a specific meetup group associated with it, although I could be wrong.

I tried to find something on Meetup about it, but nothing so it must be a special group, however, these special events usually get posted to Meetup by someone.

I'm not planning to attend the Seth Godin thing but I'd gladly meet up before or after. Maybe before is better if the SG meet up starts at 8 pm?

FYI- The Seth Godin meetup is at Old Town Social in uh....Old Town at 8:00. I'm trying to rearrange my schedule to get there but it should be an interesting group.
