 |  Dutch Conscious Growth Group / Meetup
Conscious Netherlanders!  I just returned from Steve's Conscious Growth Workshop and it was AMAZING (Hi MickeyM!). What I really liked was meeting such great and different people from all around the world. So now I'm thinking about creating some sort of conscious Dutch group  I've noticed their are some Dutch forum users, and there are probably more dutch readers here as well who don't post but still read. How about we get together to meet each other? This could turn into something like Toastmasters (PavlinaMasters?) but targeted at personal growth instead of speaking skills  But lets just have fun meeting and see how things turn out. I propose a meeting in Utrecht or Amsterdam as those cities are central with lots of public meeting opportunities (bars/cafe's/etc). Reply if you are interested |

Hi Chris, Great! Next month is fine if your weekends are busy. If other people from the Netherlands (or Belgium of course!) also want to meet just let me now. Meeting at a weekday in the evening would be fine also |

Great, we've got some people interested Hi Guys! I'd love to meet all of you. How about we meet Saturday 14 November? (that's in about 2 weeks). For me Utrecht would be convenient and there are some nice places to meet there too. Let me know if you can make it, so we can all pick an exact time and location. Suggestions are most welcome! |

Utrecht is a good place for me, only 1 hour with the train. I haven´t been there very often so I don´t know a good place to go but we´ll figure something out. Saterdays are a bit difficult for me, I do volenteer work. I can make an acception sometimes but I have to know in advance. Just set a place and time and I´ll see what I can do. |

That sounds like a great idea guys and Utrecht would also be perfect for me. However, regrettably my girlfriend booked a "surprise" 2-day trip for us to go on saturday and sunday, so I won't be able to attend this time. If there happens to be a follow-up, I'd love to be there! |

Suggestions were welcome, as well, no? Well, I do not know the name of many places in Utrecht, but if everybody is coming by train we might as well meet near the big board in the station with all the departure times. Then we can walk in the direction of the canals and find some nice place. To recognize eachother we should post our pictures in this topic! Alternatively, take a copy of Mr. Pavlina's book with you an wave with it enthousiastically .

Great, so next Saturday it is! A good place to go to is Zussen, which is close to the Janskerk, but's let meet at Utrecht Centraal Station in front of the departure times like Chris_1977 said. So far we have a day, but no specific time yet! How is 14:00 working out for everybody? We could also meet in the evening, whatever time is most convenient for everybody. I could function as a phone-hub so if people arrive late you can contact me for info where we're at =) Just send me a PM and I'll give you my phone# so you can contact me saturday. If you are attending please let it know in this thread so we all know who's comming! (I'll be there most definitely) I'm looking forward meeting all of you |

I'm thinking about coming too! I'd come from Belgium actually, but Antwerp, where I live, is only a 75 minute drive away from Utrecht. Luca, who also went to the CGW (like me :P) already invited me to a town naar Utrecht that same day for a conference on Kabbalistic Psychology. That should be interesting too. So I'm still doubting a bit. But I'll be around Utrecht either way How 'strange' that these two events take place on the same day in the practically the same city |

Let me be the first to see that this was a great meet up Even though there were only three of us, we had a lot fun! We went to that conference on Kabbalistic Psychology I mentioned a few posts ago but we only arrived an hour before the end of the day. They weren't going to let us in initially, but eventually they did allow us to stay for the end of the session. Who could refuse a couple of nice guys like us anyway? Afterwards we went for a drink with Luca, another CGW attendant and played a small game with some angel cards that was very enlightening for me personally. This was all unplanned, but when you're together with Pavlinites, strange but interesting things can happen The only thing possible could have made this day better was if more people came. So for next time, do all come |

Yes, it was very nice meeting Dukie and SmartMove! On my own I would not have dared trying to enter a conference like that, but that Dukie guy really is very brave, so that was cool. The game was very interesting too. I am now trying what happens when I apply the result that I got out of it.

I had a great time too! Nice meeting Chris and Luca for the first time and great seeing Dukie again after the CWG. You are all wonderful people and I enjoyed talking to you. Although I only experienced the Kabbalistic Psychology for a short while, it was interesting. Afterwards, the game Luca brought along when we went for a drink had some fascinating synchronisities for me. Really cool I know some other people would liked to have come but couldn't make it, but I'm sure we will repeat this soon, it was great. Right now I'm thinking saturday 12 or 19 december in the afternoon in Utrecht again, depending on which date is the most convenient. If you are interested in joining shout out in this thread |

Good to hear the first dutch meeting was a success. The 12th en 19th I can't come either, 12th I'm a weekend away with the scouting and the 19th I'm going to a metal festival. 5 december would a be a good date for me, I'm not celebrating "sinterklaas" but maybe other people do? |
