I'm a big follower of the idea behind the 4HWW, GTD, 7Habits and many other acronyms, but think it's important to not get too obsessed - just use what's useful.
Don't think too much! I think it's important to lose yourself often and be free and ridiculous.

Tell me about it. I was on holiday in New Zealand before I moved to Japan and left Christchurch less than a day before their earthquake! (My subjective reality trying to tell me something?!?)

Things seem very normal here, bar a few empty shopping ailes... Can you recommend any bars/cafes/restaurants, I'm in Sannomiya.
