I saw a thread like this but it is far outdated. I would like to compile a list of people in this country who are into personal development (PD). Locally we could meet up; in my experience it is rare to find people who are into PD and a support system is good. Furthermore it can be useful when someone is travelling domestically and they have other PD friends in that city. I'm from Melbourne. |

I'm in Sydney, and open to meetups. it's interesting seeing forums that become global talking boards, which can then translate into local, real action. the internet really is the global/local interface. A medium like nothing before it. curious to see which Australian location is the most remote to respond to this thread. Launceston anyone? |

I really like this idea!! I would love to have a group like this. For regular meet-ups or even just as a support network. Supertom- what do you mean by a blog?? That we could all contribute to? Anyway, how would we go about organising this? Should we pm all the members to come to this thread and discuss times, places, activities etc? |

I would love to be part of a MasterMind/similar interests/Personal Development Group. I live out in the Hawkesbury area so if there are others out my way we could have a smaller group within the larger one. It sounds great. Please keep me posted. Thanks, Leslie |

Hi guys and girls, I am new to Steve Pavlina and from Perth, SOR. I am glad to see a few of us here. I really think we should meet up and build this reference group. For a start let's introduce ourselves. I am 27 yrs old and work in the CBD area. Went to Uni and did engineering/commerce. Was previously an engineer but am now in commerce. (S0 i am not a nerd =]) My life (when not working crazy hours) is spent on partying, gym, reading, studying for my postgrad and self-development (which has fallen off the bandwagon) Recently, i experienced what I would term a wakeup call and decided I needed to get rid of past baggage and negative emotions. I stumbled upon this website in my research and so here I am chatting to you guys. =] For those who are keen in Perth, I am happy to take a list, organise a meet and build this reference group. I really think all of us can benefit from group think and some mentoring (if someone senior attends) Send me a private msg and I will compile something. . Any takers? cheers |
