Hi Folks My name is Eric and I live in Atlanta. I have been reading Steve's blogs for many years it has been an amazing source of inspiration. I am an entrepreneur and musician and Steve's ideas have helped my business achieve incredible success. I just recently published my first children's book which is off to an outstanding start. I often share Steve’s blog with other creative and entrepreneurial types of folks and we have excellent discussions. I would like to explore creating a group in Atlanta that meets to discuss these ideas. Perhaps once a month. Is there interest? I look forward to your response. Eric |

Hi Eric - I'm surprised that this hasn't gotten more responses... I'm in the Atlanta area, and would LOVE to be part of a group like this. I also find Steve's posts inspiring, and energizing - but have a hard time finding other folks in my immediate circle that appreciate this kind of thinking Currently, I'm still in a corporate job - but ready to get out as soon as I figure out how to pay the bills. I'm on the brink of starting a blog (have the domain and software installed, it needs a little more designing and some writing!), and just started studying piano and a little composition last year - fun stuff! |

Hi Eric and jendoe, I too am from the Atlanta area. My husband (doc2b) also posts here. We would be happy to join in the Atlanta community posts. We found Steve's site a few short months ago and have been learning ever since. Hope to chat soon! |

Hiya NeedMyCoffee! I sent an email to Eric (from the original post). It sounds like his business is doing well and keeping him busy, so he's not looking to meet up with forum-folks anymore. If you and your husband (and any other local Atlantans lurking!) are interested in getting together to chat, I'm still up for it. If not, no worries either. Thanks! |
