Default Intention-Manifestation and The Wizard of Oz

Inspired by the thread about IM and ancient philosophers/holy personages.

It's been a while since I've watched the movie, but I think the story could be considered an analogy to Intention Manifestation. Especially the end, when Dorothy finds out that she had the power to go home the whole time--all she had to do was repeat, "There's no place like home" (sounds like a positive intention to me. It focuses on the positive of home, not the lack of being home).

I might watch the movie just to see how much other fodder for discussion I can find.

Yeah and "I want to live, I want to live!" in It's A Wonderful Life!
The Wizard Of Oz is perhaps the tale of three of the greatest virtues, if not the greatest. Kindness/love/heart, Courage, Brains/Wisdom.

I also see it heavily in Willy Wanka and The Chocolate Factory.

That's a very good observation! I actually didn't even notice that when it came on TV the other day.
