Default Magic Beans

Every goal contains the means of it's own manifestation.

When you hold the seed of a tree in your hand, are you holding a seed that could be a tree or are you holding the tree?

You're holding a seed that has the potential to be a tree and you must plant it and give it some water, but once you do that it takes over and grows itself. Your don't grow the tree, everything the tree needs apart from the hole and water to get it going, is all it needs. Goals are the same. When you choose a goal, you have a seed. When you commit to that goal, know and observe that goal is real right now, then you've just planted it and given it some water to get started.

The goal itself will grow and manifest into output all by itself.

When we get too involved with trying to find the how and the when of our goals, we're like the person who planted the seed, but instead of leaving the seed, knowing everything to make the tree is inside the seed, we keep checking the seed, we dig it up to make sure it's still there, we watch it start to grow and then intefer with it's growth, prune it wrong, accidently run over it with the mower or worse still, plant it in the wrong place.

When you plant a seed, give it a good start and leave it alone, you know it's going to be a great tree, your job is done. Every goal you have contains inside it everything it needs to manifest. It's like the universe/consciousness knows what to do, how to do it and when to do it. None of those are your job and when we get involved with the growing into a beautiful tree part, we usually make a mess of it.

You have to trust your seeds, you have to know they are great seeds and everything required is inside them to make them grow. You don't grow the seeds, your job, your only job is to plant them, then watch in amazment as they grow.

I know what you're thinking "but max won't I need to prune and manicure and care and water and shelter and fuss over my seeds??" No, you only do that if you believe your seeds aren't very good seeds and they need you constant attention otherwise they'll fail........and that's why you fail, because you don't trust your seeds!

Good seeds need to be planted (choose your goal) and left to grow. Yes you can admire them as the grow, but the moment you think you can do a better job of growing the seeds into a tree, then you'll mess it up.

You must trust that your seeds (goals) are good, get them planted (observe them as real) and then watch them grow (continue observation with trust) then you're get magnificent trees (manifestations)

Every goal contains the means of it's own manifestation.

you always take an idea I've try my best to convey over and over again - and make it less complicated. You have a gift of conveying ideas my friend.

Great stuff Max!

I didn't mean to imply they are MY ideas..., none of my ideas are new - I've discovered most from other sources. I mean I attempt to convey them to others to better understand them myself, but I can never put those ideas & thoughts into words in the flawless manner MAXPOWER does!

My experience suggests a much different idea. Every goal I have attempted to achieve in my life has been the product of hard work and determination on my part. My intervention was the difference between success and failure. And all the experienced I gained from actively participating - invaluable for my personal growth and all gained through direct action.

Where did every goal you ever dreamed of start out?............thought.

No one is saying effort isn't involved, it's a physical reality, some effort is required, but the concept of struggle and hard work is a social condition enforced on the masses to sense self worth.

Just a thought

Max I agree with this. No offense Advent Shade, and I am not saying that this is where YOU are coming from, but the whole concept seems very self-righteous.

I see it all over the place, "work hard, work hard, work hard little robot soldier".

Where did it all come from? In order to say "work hard" you've had to have heard those words before. And since everyone says it, that means everyone's heard it, which means they didn't come up with it, which means they heard it most likely from their parents, who heard it from their parents, on and on and on.

Wait that's the social conditioning Max is talking about. And I know Max doesn't mind if I basically just make Max's point all over again with slightly different words.

I'm going to erase this "work hard" stuff from my vocabulary. For whatever I want, I am going to "work" with passion and purpose, and not get sidetracked by the need to suffer for my success. That's not "hard" work. That's "cool" work.

edit-- now that I think of it, the successes that I have had in my life, have not been because of hard work, they have been in spite of hard work. It's been the times that I have been in the zone, where things have just clicked "hey I'm onto something! This is fun! I'm good at this! This is coming naturally to me!" has been when all the significant stuff has happened. Then I went around saying I was busting my ass, because that's what everyone thinks they have to do. It's almost a "sin" to say you're enjoying the process of achieving things.
