Mastermind Alliance

[Max Power]

I'm not sure if that's the best word for it, mastermind seems to imply that we think we're smater than others or we are gurus, anyway, the idea has struck me that there are many like minded people here, very smart, clever and interesting people here and maybe an alliance of sorts could be formed.

I'll put my hand up and start the idea, so what is the point of joining forces?

Should we....

Chat live online?
Talk about SR, IM, LoA?
Build a business partneship and build something cool, great and valuable?
Could we work together for profit? Fun?
How many people should be in it?
Who does what and when?
Should it be relaxed and open?
Should it have a business purpose?

As you can see I have no idea where this is going, but I suppose it could fun to get together and maybe build something together. Anyone can jump in as long as there were some guidelines, simple rules maybe, I don't know.

I suppose it would be best suited to people who are online everyday and would like to contribute and benefit from doing something together. Doesn't have to be about making money, but it could be.

Is it a private club? A think tank for profit? A co-op to aid members? I'm not sure, if you were interested what would like to do, build the next really cool big thing or just hang out and chat?

I should say that this in no way is about starting a site like Steve's here or poaching members or anything like that, this isn't about copyiing what Steve is doing, it's more along the lines of a small group of people wanting to do something as a group.

Could be fun, could be helpful, could be profitable.

Anyway, just an idea, let me know what you think, PM me if you like, nothing is fixed, your suggestions are always welcome.

Funny, I was thinking of something similar. Is it any wonder that Max-me did too?

Frankly I think the most fun thing is to keep doing what we're already up to. Waking up/advancing the state of consciousness.

I see that there are several challenges facing our human bodies in the next few years:
Global warming
Depletion of energy resources
Nuclear disaster
Ending hunger
Replacing war with peace
Body death!

However, those should go away as we awaken more creators. Would it really be that hard for a conscious creator to come up with an unlimited energy source?

One thing I am looking forward to doing as I become a better creator is making enormous gobs of money to prove that I can do it. Seriously with a bunch of talented people, is there going to be any shortage of cash? We could easily get rich quickly. Then with that money there's all sorts of things you can do with it - run TV ads, donate to charities, build elaborate buildings, etc.

Apparently one minute of sunlight hitting the earths surface can supply every human power requirement for a year. Seems like we already created the cleanest, cheapset most abundant energy source already

Sounds like a plan, let's build something cool, let it get popular and sell it to Google for $50M, then we can start making a bigger difference and increasingly improve the state of consciousness. If we want to build something valuable, then adding social value is the key. Practically every website that gets brought out has done that.

My plan is to create something really useful, build it up with tons of social value and then sell it and then spend some of the money on community projects.

Well, it sounds like you are talking about a website or community of some type, and there is little doubt social sites are big right now.

I have many ideas for self help/loa type products and tools, and various other things - if you are interested in getting into that sort of thing.

I have no doubt we all have much to offer which can benifit us all.

TL, I'm really not sure where I'm going with this What if there was a social network specifically where all the members contributed to building something and the profits were distrupted equally, maybe an ideabank of sorts where a limited number of people worked together, built something and profited from it jointly? I suppose anyone could join, but everyone pitched in and built and promoted the site that was built. I'm not sure if any skill sets are required, but it could be interesting.

Like I said, I'm not sure how it would work.

I do both. I already run a very popular, high-traffic blog and started working on taking it to the next level. The idea is to build a network of at least 50 blogs/sites that would “work” what is known as a “Long Tail” of search. The beauty of this approach is that you can break into areas that are considered highly competitive, such as online insurance, mortgage, health, cars, toys, etc.

Note: The niche I’m working on has nothing to do with what Steve Pavlina is doing, so no worries about that. And no, it is not xxx.

I have been actually looking for someone with the right mind and skill set to work on this, but have not found anyone yet for this project.

Important note: This project is not for someone who can only spend a few hours a week or work on the weekends.
