For those who want to win the lottery by other means than luck.

I see many people want to win the lottery and are set on disovering ways to defeat chance. Let me point out something which seems not to be noticed.

A lottery is an event in which people collect money into a pool and use an unpredictable event to divide the money among themselves according to a prearranged scheme. Each person's chance to win a price is linearly related to the money s/he put in the pool.

If you invent a way through which you can influence the event (the draw) so that you win, then you are literally robbing all the other participants from their chance to win, which is the very reason that they (at least some, for example me) paid to participate. This is why doing so is in no way better than entering a someone's home and stealing his money. So is stealing really what you want to do?

Using LOA to win the lottery is not stealing. the reason its not is because just about everyone else playing to win the lottery are also using LOA without realizing they are doing it. They daydream about winning. The fantasize about what they would do with the money. They buy there tickets and think to themselves, "I sure would love to win the lottery". They might not be making vision boards but there dream boat might be plastered on there computer desktop.

So you say that it is a contest - who has best mastered LoA? Because one can only make a profit at the expense of others.


I knew someone would come with this argument and that's why I added "(at least some, for example me)"

I buy tickets sometimes, and I do it with the idea that I have a 1:~14 000 000 for example in the 6/49 game. I don't think that I will win in this lifetime, but looking at it theoretically, given 14000000 lifetimes in which I buy a ticket, in the 13999999 that I do not win, the money I spend will not impact my life in a qualitative way - I will eat one ice cream less let's say. However, in the one that I do I will be able to freely pursue many dreams. In other words I look at the lottery as an account in which I can put money over lifetimes (I don't believe in that but from a theoretical point of view it doesn't matter whether they exist) and I will withdraw them in one, and that for this service I have to pay a charge, which I find fair.

By no means that I am aware of I try to use LoA. So if you say that I do nevertheless, how is this different from a rapist saying in court that the woman he raped wanted it even if she was not consciously aware of it? (Apologies for the analogy, but it illustrates the point well.)

Interesting point.

Look at it this way. The one person who won, you are saying won it by chance.

Does chance exist?
Does it truly exist?

If a person believed we are composed only of matter, that we are only a by-product of matter, then that person would say, "Yes of course chance exists."

But that person has not thought things through to it's entirety.

He does not see that matter at it's ultimate core is basically empty.

Which leads to the next question;

• What is this emptiness?
• And what is this emptiness in relation to a human being?

How did you conclude that someone has invented a way to influence the event? The LOA teaches how to get on the same energy level with what you want; if one can do that, that person will win.
