Recognizing flow workers

In the thread On the "Polarity" and "Polarization" articles that I started in the SP forum, I began to analyze some blog posts of Steve, and arguing that it looked to me that Steve is wrong to say there are only two kinds of "flow worker" (which I define to be a person whose goals are energetically harmonized so as to promote the dramatic elevation of awareness), and posulated the existence of two new kinds of flow worker, the fireworker & the stillworker, based upon a parallel analysis that first show that Steve's electrical analogy supports different kinds of energetic behaviour, and second that some alternate electrical behaviours plausibly correspond to existing stock characters that might have very levels of awareness.

All well and good, but I don't know if there are any such people, or indeed that there are any flow workers at all. How can one know such a thing? I am not a flow worker, and I do not see how one can tell from looking at a person's deeds whether they have dramatically elevated awareness, let alone tell how that awareness is polarized.

Other people claim to see into other people's souls, and recognize that they are lightworkers or darkworkers, or that they are unpolarized. I cannot do such a thing with my wife or children! So what's the trick?
