How do you concentrate in being in the "NOW"
How do you center yourself in the 'MOMENT'

I have recently been trying to practice this, how i am doing it is to catch my thoughts and if its about the past, I say `past`, if its about the future I say `future`, etc etc, it gets me to drop my thoughts and be `present`,

love to hear other peoples ways of doing it...
