Changing the story that you tell...

Each and every component that makes up your life experience
is drawn to you by
the powerful Law of Attraction's response to the thoughts you
think and the story you tell about your life.

Your money and financial assets;

your body's state of wellness,

clarity, flexibility, size, and shape;

your work environment,

how you are treated,

work satisfaction, and rewards-

indeed, the very happiness of your life experience in general-
is all happening
because….because….because
of the story that you tell. ABRAHAM

.........................

Because of the STORY you tell...

Somebody please explain to me this line.

What is the story I have to tell and to whom...

if there is a storyline how do I know I have to change it.....

Do Affirmations help.......

Does visualisation help....

I'll take a stab:

Do affirmations help? Yes.
Does visualization help? Yes.

It doesn't matter whether you believe in visualizations or affirmations. They work regardless of whether you believe they do or not. You are already having a conversation inside your mind and affirming matters within your mind. If you practice affirmation you learn to control this internal conversation.

And the same is true of visualizations. Your mind is creating mental pictures based on associations you already have. If you're afraid of speaking in public slow yourself down and be more mindful in time you'll start to see yourself running a bunch of terrible pictures of you speaking poorly, being laughed at etc. all within your mind. You can visualize the experience to be more positive, more effective and it will change your actions dramatically the next time you speak in public.

As far as the "story" - I think that's the story of our lives that we believe in. If you tell a story where you are a victim, alone, exploited and this failure occupies your every waking moment then your story becomes physical and real and you manifest this into your world.

If you tell a more inspiring story - one with joy, fulfillment and meaning then you can bring yourself closer to that.
